It was SafeTreat for all the little children of Laramie. SafetTreat is a safe place for little kids to go trick-or-treating in the college town of Laramie. Halloween doesn't have to be Black and Scary!

Pumpkins would of course be ideal, along with prickly chestnuts, golden leaves and even shiny conkers. Use pale coloured table cloths or table runners and individual place mats. To add to the typical celebrations pull blackout or wood-weave <a href=http://www.terrysfabrics.co.uk/cat/blinds/>window blinds</a> down and illuminate the room with a copious amount of candles.<br /><br />If you prefer a more traditional approach, them black and orange make great colour combinations, you could even paint pumpkins black and use sculls, bats and witches as decorations!<br /><br /><br />Halloween is associated with the Catholic festival of All Saints as well as the pagan festival Samhain; tomorrow there's a public holiday in many European countries, which is called the Day of the Dead in France. They started near us and walked almost 25 miles to the Portland Oregon Temple.  It took them about 8 hours, but they were amazing and all made it.  It was a pretty awesome day! One of the reasons I love living in a small town!  The parade went all thru downtown - a few times - around the schools and back to the high school.  This is Luke and Macy's middle school "float" and since Luke is in ASB he was on it, and Macy was drafted to join as well.
